Job Description
The Senior Civil Designer will function as the lead designer on engineering design projects related to residential and site infrastructure development, conducting and coordinating work with other project teams and ensuring effective communication and coordination on assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of CAD standards and advanced Civil 3D functionality
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of residential and site projects of advanced complexity
  • Implement specific project design criteria and coordinate with project design teams
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the design and technical aspects of assigned projects
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and stay abreast of latest regulations and criteria for local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
  • Ability to train and mentor CAD Drafters/Technicians and Engineering Interns
  • Ability to coordinate and lead multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
