Role OverviewAs a Civil Designer at HDR, you will work closely with a multi-discipline team to design and produce site civil construction documents. You will apply AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu for redline markups, develop site civil design improvements in Civil 3D, and build and manage surface and utility profile models.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working on site civil design projects, applying industry standards and practices, and maintaining an attitude of being an active participant in HDR's employee-owned culture.

You will be a fit for this role if you have 3+ years of professional experience in site civil design, an understanding of site civil design concepts, and experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and other 3D design software.
Requirements
- Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience
- Autodesk Civil 3D certification
- Experience with 3D Coordination tools
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational traits
- Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts
