Senior Civil Engineer Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project delivery, along with experience working with local municipalities, renewable energy developers, utility providers and regulatory agencies.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction, including renewable energy and utility infrastructure projects. Coordinate with local municipalities, regulatory agencies, and utility providers to ensure compliance with zoning, permitting, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in site civil engineering.
• Experience with site development and/or utility infrastructure projects, including exposure to renewable energy (wind, solar) or transmission projects preferred.
• Familiarity with permitting processes for both traditional development and energy/utility projects.
• Proven project and/or task management experience.
• Strong knowledge of site civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D (preferred) or similar site design software.
