The Senior Civil Engineer will be the technical leader for a project in our company.
What You Will Do
Directs and manages project design teams, coordinates schedules, reviews project work, coordinates with permitting agencies, and determines team roles for construction administration. Mentors and trains junior staff, assists in proposal preparation, and reviews permit applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Experience in a project engineer role for municipal, roadway design, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, site design for residential, commercial, educational and industrial projects
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
- Good verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Suite programs
