Role OverviewThe Senior Civil Engineer/Project Manager will manage multiple civil/site and/or highway engineering projects from proposal through final design and construction support. They will lead and supervise multidisciplinary engineering and CAD design teams, develop project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets, and monitor project progress, profitability, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities include managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships, overseeing and preparing civil/site/highway engineering design documents, performing and reviewing engineering design, and conducting field investigations and site assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, a Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or New York, and at least 8 years of civil/site engineering experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey or New York
- Minimum 8 years of civil/site engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple civil/site engineering projects and leading design teams
- Familiarity with agencies standards and protocols including: NJDOT, NYSDOT, NYCDOT, NJDEP, NYSDEC, NYCDEP
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, staffing, and client relationships
