Role OverviewJoin the KPFF Lacey team as a motivated, energetic, and experienced Senior Project Manager with at least four years of experience and a strong background in managing civil engineering projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality standards. As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in our design teams, exhibiting strong leadership, time management, and communication skills to pursue, develop, and execute projects to meet client expectations.

Support organizational growth through the proactive pursuit of new clients and projects; leveraging industry connections and technical expertise. Foster strong client relationships by actively listening to client needs, providing clear communication, and delivering customized solutions that align with their objectives.

Requirements
- B.S. Degree or higher in Civil Engineering
- P.E. License in Washington State preferred
- At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington State
- Permitting experience with various municipalities
