Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil/Highway Engineer to join our team in New England. As a member of our civil engineering design team, you will lead the design of civil engineering projects for our clients, prioritizing safety, health, and welfare of the public. You will work on projects of various sizes and complexities, preparing plans, detail drawings, and quantity estimation. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism and experience in civil engineering, including roadway and utility design, grading, site layout, stormwater management, and construction management.

Requirements

  • New Hampshire Professional Engineer certification or ability to obtain reciprocity to NH
  • Experience with NHDOT, Massport, and New Hampshire municipalities
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of roadway engineering design
  • Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, communication skills and ability to work with various teams
  • Project management skills desirable
  • Experience should include urban and rural highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, site planning, preparation of concept alignments, geometrical layout and CAD base alignment plans
