Role Overview

As a Senior Project Engineer, you'll design critical infrastructure that directly impacts people's daily lives, from ensuring clean drinking water to protecting waterways through innovative treatment solutions. You'll lead complex hydraulic design projects, engineer pump stations, and collaborate with regulatory agencies.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading complex hydraulic design projects, mentoring junior engineers, and driving innovation in sustainable design approaches. You'll also take ownership of projects from concept through construction, use cutting-edge software, and build lasting relationships with communities.

Requirements

  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license with a minimum of 15 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 5 years hydraulic design experience with water/wastewater systems
  • Pump station design expertise
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, hydraulic modeling software, and control system design
  • Communication skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Valid driver's license & transportation for site visits and client meetings
