What You Will Do

The Senior Civil Project Manager will lead a major project team or several moderate-sized project teams, oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and engineering projects, and actively engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
  • 15 years (min.) experience in general civil engineering design including a mix of roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, developing construction plans, specifications and estimates
  • Experience working with multiple disciplines within a project scope
  • Proficient in technical writing specifically specifications in multiple formats
  • High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Proficient in site grading, utility and drainage design
  • Proficient in street improvement design and public works design
  • Experience in site development
  • Experience developing and leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers
