Role OverviewRailPros has an immediate need of a Senior Civil Project Manager to join our outstanding team of engineering professionals. We are looking for a senior civil project manager with well-rounded experience, knowledge, and understanding of civil engineering design to work independently and lead civil design tasks and civil projects.
What You Will Do
Lead a major project team or several moderate sized project teams for the organization, oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and engineering projects, actively engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program
- 15 years (min.) experience in general civil engineering design including a mix of roadway, drainage, earthwork, H&H, developing construction plans, specifications and estimates
- Experience working with multiple disciplines within a project scope
- Experience in field engineering and/or Design Support During Construction
- Proficient in technical writing specifically specifications in multiple formats
- High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Proficient in site grading, utility and drainage design
- Proficient in street improvement design and public works design
- Experience in site development
- Experience developing and leading design teams and mentoring junior engineers
