Senior Civil Transportation Project Manager

Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from project initiation through planning, safety analysis, design, and delivery. Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, staffing plans, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Develop project strategies and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, agency representatives, partners, and stakeholders.

Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from project initiation through planning, safety analysis, design, and delivery. Manage project budgets, scope, schedules, staffing plans, and resources to ensure successful project execution. Oversee project billing, client communications, QA/QC reviews, project documentation, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in civil transportation engineering
• Experience managing DOT-funded highway, bridge, or traffic engineering projects
• Demonstrated success developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong project management experience including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and client management
• Ability to deliver high-quality work through critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and team development skills
