Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Claims Adjuster, Hamilton Select Claims. The role involves handling high exposure casualty and/or specialty claims, mentoring future claims adjusters, and implementing organization-wide initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in casualty and/or specialty claims handling or related litigation
  • Experience handling claims in the Excess and Surplus market
  • Adjuster license and/or certifications desired but not required
  • Bachelor's degree in Legal or Paralegal Studies, English, or a related field of study
  • Excellent negotiating, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make sound judgments
  • Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
  • Collaborative spirit
