Role OverviewJoin AXIS Capital, a trusted global provider of specialty lines insurance and reinsurance, as a Senior Claims Specialist, Cyber. This role requires hybrid work, with in-office attendance 3 days a week. The successful candidate will exercise critical thinking, proper judgment, and decision-making in a best-practices claim environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include analyzing claim exposure, determining the proper course of action, and pursuing claims to conclusion. You will work closely with Insureds, Claimants, attorneys, and brokers to maintain a premier and best-practices claim service.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Claims adjuster license required
- Minimum of 4-8 years claim adjusting experience
- Experience handling cyber primary and excess claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of individual and group performance metrics and KPIs
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, and SharePoint
