Role OverviewThe Senior Claims Specialist will assist with all aspects of Hajoca's property and casualty insurance program, overseeing and managing property and casualty insurance claims, and providing comprehensive quarterly reports on claims activity.
What You Will Do
The role involves managing insurance-related invoicing, handling Certificate of Insurance requests, preparing and filing annual OSHA recordkeeping reports, and collaborating in the development of company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administrations or related field or equivalent experience
- 5 or more years of experience managing worker's compensation claims
- Advanced knowledge of insurance, loss control, and claims practices
- Ability to understand business contracts and interpret complex legal language
- Negotiation skills
- Proven track record identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks within a complex organizational structure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
