Role OverviewThe Senior Clerk position is a full-time role in the District Six Human Resources Office. The successful candidate will provide support with clerical functions, answer phones, assist employees, and perform other administrative tasks. The role requires independent judgment and the ability to handle multiple tasks. What You Will Do
The Senior Clerk will perform a variety of tasks, including maintaining the calendar for the Human Resources Office, scheduling appointments, performing independent clerical work, and preparing and distributing materials. The role also involves maintaining confidential Human Resources personnel records, ensuring the confidentiality of employee information, and accurately scanning and filing digitized employee documents.
