Role Overview

The Senior Client Advisor will build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their financial goals, and match them with Seacoast Bank products and services. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and exercise initiative. The Senior Client Advisor will also be responsible for participating in community events, delivering presentations, and maintaining an active NMLS registration status.

What You Will Do

The Senior Client Advisor will perform various duties, including building relationships, preparing for customer interactions, and explaining Seacoast Bank products and services. They will also be responsible for responding to customer needs, seeking out referrals, and participating in community events. Additionally, the Senior Client Advisor will be responsible for maintaining an active NMLS registration status and mentoring other associates.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying referral opportunities, be highly effective in outbound calling, and have a strong understanding of small business deposit and lending products and processes. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience
  • College degree preferred
  • 4+ years in financial services experience
  • Active NMLS registration status
  • PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software
