Role OverviewThe Senior Client Manager - Personal Insurance will be responsible for daily account servicing and client advisement needs, including servicing client and insurance company inquiries, processing daily carrier downloads, and maintaining accurate account information in the agency management system. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze insurance quotes and make recommendations. The Senior Client Manager will also be responsible for managing the renewal process on assigned accounts, developing remarketing strategies, and participating in cross-selling new or adding additional lines of coverage or services on existing accounts.
What You Will Do

This includes servicing client and insurance company inquiries, processing daily carrier downloads, maintaining accurate account information, and managing the renewal process. The role also involves developing remarketing strategies and participating in cross-selling new or adding additional lines of coverage or services on existing accounts.

- Math skills involving familiarity with ratios, percentages, discounts, and commissions

- Current Alabama Property and Casualty license
- 5+ years of experience in Personal Insurance
- Experience in Applied Epic is a plus
