Role OverviewThe Senior Client Manager provides efficient, professional, and courteous service to Commercial clients. They plan and execute a service plan for each client, building effective working relationships and understanding their insurance needs. The Senior Client Manager maintains knowledge of the insurance marketplace and negotiates terms and pricing.
What You Will Do
You will work with the Risk Advisor, service team, and other internal departments to plan and execute risk management service strategy for each client. You will independently evaluate client's current coverage programs, recommend market strategy and plan design, and manage creation of proposals.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the insurance, risk management industry
- Property and Casualty license
- Excellent computer and office machine skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products
