Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Clinical Manager, Clinical Science, to provide scientific oversight and expertise to ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of clinical outcome assessment data in global clinical trials. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychology, counseling, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, ratings scales, and structured clinical interviews. The role will involve providing guidance to more junior team members, supervising direct reports, and leading full-service clinical studies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent team-based interpersonal skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders.
