Role OverviewWe are a global, midsize CRO seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage research activities at clinical trial sites, focusing on Oncology studies on the East Coast. This role is part of our Clinical Operations team, working across diverse therapeutic areas including Cardiovascular, Metabolic, Neuroscience, Oncology, and Rare Diseases. The position is remote but requires regional travel.
What You Will Do
You will manage research activities at sites participating in clinical research projects, including identifying potential sites, performing study start-up activities, training sites on data collection and safety reporting, and managing site activities during study maintenance and close-out. You will conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure compliance with informed consent, safety reporting, and regulatory requirements, with most site management performed remotely.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree
- Experience in Oncology is required
- Candidates must reside on the East Coast, United States
- Willingness to travel regionally required
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
