Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator works independently under minimal supervision to support the team in enrolling eligible patients in oncology clinical trials. The role involves direct patient contact and requires a high degree of computer literacy and analytical skills.

What You Will Do

The Senior Clinical Research Coordinator will schedule all protocol-mandated tests, coordinate patient appointments, and maintain point-of-contact communication with enrolled patients. The role also involves developing protocol-specific flow charts, intake sheets, and other tools to ensure protocol compliance and proper data acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Related post-bachelor's degree research experience 3-5 years required
• Ability to work more independently and as a team member
• High degree of computer literacy and analytical skills
• Ability to identify both technical and non-technical problems and develop solutions
• Ability to interpret the acceptability of data results
• Highly proficient data management skills and working knowledge of data management systems
• Able to display initiative to introduce innovations to research studies
• Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of current and developing clinical research trends
• Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to mentor others
