Senior Clinical Trial Associate

Requirements

• Provide operational support to assigned clinical study(ies) and assist in the coordination and execution of designated operational activities.
• Assist project teams with generating or maintaining study specific documentation and guidelines.
• Maintain Trial Master File (TMF) and submit documents as part of the Quality Review Process.
• Coordinate and track vendor deliverables and progress, creating or maintaining tracking tools and systems.
• Triage incoming correspondence, internal documentation, CRFs, etc., to responsible clinical operations team members.
• Assist in tracking of vendor payments, if applicable.
• Contact clinical sites for specific requests, organize and attend study team meetings, and generate meeting minutes.
• Contribute actively to assigned project team(s) and other duties as assigned.
