The role combines technical expertise with strong project leadership skills to drive successful implementations of AWS-based solutions for clients. The Engagement Manager will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating technical discussions and ensuring alignment with customer outcomes.
What You Will Do
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning. You will distill customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes, decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience
- 3+ years of cloud computing experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams
