Job Description
We are hiring elite-level CNC Machinists to join our high-mix, low-volume aerospace and defense machine shop. Machinists own their work end-to-end, from setup through final inspection, and play a direct role in quality, delivery performance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in precision, tight-tolerance machining
  • Strong tenure in Aerospace manufacturing and machining environments
  • Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 shops
  • Proven ability to hold.0005” (5 tenths / ~13 microns) or tighter on critical features
  • Deep understanding of complex blueprints and advanced GD&T (true position, parallelism, profile, concentricity, flatness, coaxiality)
  • Extensive experience setting up multi-axis equipment (5-axis mills, mill-turns, and/or multi-axis lathes)
  • Comfortable in shops where setup time is 30%+ of the job, frequently handling complex setups with 10+ tools
