Role OverviewWe’re hiring Senior CNC Programmers for a precision manufacturing facility supporting aerospace and defense industries. This role goes well beyond writing toolpaths—you’ll own the manufacturing process from customer model review through first article approval and production release, helping determine how some of the shop’s most complex components are manufactured.
What You Will Do
You’ll work alongside manufacturing engineers and senior machinists to develop stable, repeatable machining processes using Siemens NX CAM, programming advanced Hermle 5-axis machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and other high-end equipment.

Requirements
- 10+ years of CNC programming experience
- Complex 5-axis programming experience
- Strong GD&T and blueprint interpretation
- Manufacturing process development experience
- Siemens NX CAM experience
- First article and production release experience
- Manufacturing documentation experience
