The role will involve drafting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements, as well as analyzing and advising on complex legal issues related to hardware manufacture and distribution, data privacy, and intellectual property.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of the hardware, manufacturing, and supply chain ecosystem in an international setting
  • 8+ years of practicing law in-house or at a law firm, with experience in supporting hardware products
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of technology deals, including for the purchase and provision of hardware and manufacturing services in an international setting
