Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in commercial transactions
  • Deep drafting and negotiation experience across partnership and integration agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to run multiple negotiations in parallel in a fast-moving environment
  • Proven experience supervising and mentoring junior attorneys and managing workflow
  • Clear communicator with high ownership and strong cross-functional instincts
