Role OverviewAs a Sr. Commercial Counsel, you will provide legal review and solutions-based counseling to cross-functional partners on complex legal and business issues in the United States and internationally. You will work closely with growth and product teams to provide legal counseling throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. You will also manage Starlink's terms of service for residential and business products and services, globally.
What You Will Do
Draft, negotiate, and review commercial agreements, identify and mitigate legal risk, provide legal analyses of applicable laws and regulations, and work cross-functionally with business teams to analyze legal risks and develop creative solutions.

Requirements
- JD or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school
- 8+ years of legal experience
- Admitted to the bar, in good standing, in at least one U.S. State
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
