This is a senior level opportunity for a design professional who can manage projects from initial programming through construction administration while building strong client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
What You Will Do
Lead programming, space planning, design development, and project delivery. Oversee field verification, existing conditions, construction documents, specifications, and finish/furniture selections. Lead client presentations, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

Requirements
