What You Will Do
Represent clients in complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts, develop and execute litigation strategy, and manage all phases of written and document discovery.

Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school
- Strong academic credentials
- 4–6 years of experience handling complex commercial or business litigation matters
- Substantial experience litigating matters in state and federal courts
- Experience developing and executing case strategy
- Experience managing written and document discovery
- Strong experience drafting sophisticated pleadings, dispositive motions, and other court filings
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Experience preparing witnesses for testimony
- Experience appearing at hearings and status conferences and arguing motions
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage significant aspects of litigation matters
- Active California Bar membership and good standing
