Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or closely related field
  • 7 years experience in commercial, commercial real estate, and construction lending underwriting
  • Thorough knowledge of commercial underwriting, lending policies, procedures, practices and documentation
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
