Senior Communications Specialist

As a Senior Communications Specialist at HDR, you will develop content that inspires audiences and drives engagement across various communication channels. You will work with engineers, architects, and other subject matter experts to develop and write white papers, feature articles, and social media posts. You will also assist in driving global and local communications strategies by collaborating with internal business partners and creative teams.

What You Will Do

Develop content for various HDR communication channels, work with subject matter experts to write white papers and feature articles, assist in driving global and local communications strategies, and deliver employee training to activate and guide communications throughout the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a communications field of expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work independent with multiple teams
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• High aptitude for managing and solving tactical issues
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
