Develop, manage, and execute internal and external communication plans for CenterPoint Energy’s footprint.
What You Will Do
Serve as the lead Corporate Communications representative, provide proactive counsel on strategic direction, develop and implement strategic internal and external communication plans, and act as company spokesperson for a region.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of communications experience as a company/organization spokesperson
- Integrated, multi-channel communications experience
- Experience leading initiatives to solve significant problems/issues
- Experience serving as a project lead or task force member on projects and/or issues having significant impact on the business
- Experience producing communication materials
- Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic communications plans
- Experience leading enterprise-wide or large-scale change communication initiatives
