Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field
  • Three years of experience in human service administration or volunteer program management

  • Ability to communicate effectively and to analyze problems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office suite and ability to learn tracking software
