Job Description
As a Senior Compensation Analyst at West Shore Home, you will use Dayforce HRIS and a compensation modeling platform to provide data-driven insights to support competitive and consistent pay practices across a multi-state workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of progressive compensation or HR analytics experience.
  • Experience using HRIS systems for compensation management and reporting; experience with Dayforce preferred.
