Job Description
The Senior Compensation Analyst will participate in the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s compensation programs. The role will involve administering compensation philosophy, policies, processes, and programs, as well as conducting job analyses to determine appropriate salary levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years of compensation experience
  • Excellent verbal/written communications and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and HRIS software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated aptitude for statistical analysis, spreadsheets manipulation and database management
  • Ability work in a fast paced environment and balance multiple projects and deadlines
