Roku is changing how the world watches TV. We're seeking a Senior Compensation Business Partner with deep compensation expertise, strong analytical skills, and a track record of program design and delivery in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive global compensation experiences, including consulting, program design, and implementing of scalable solutions
  • Experience with Workday configuration and compensation tools
  • Outstanding analytical capabilities, experience with large data sets and HRIS interfaces
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience leading compensation review processes and rolling out scalable programs
  • Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, communication, presentation, organization, decision-making, and planning skills
