Job Description
Nearmap is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to shape the future of compensation programs, ensure competitive equity, and drive growth. The role involves analyzing market trends, benchmarking data, and partnering with HR and finance teams to design and refine compensation programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-6 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with HRIS/Compensation tools (e.g., CompXL, Pave, ADP WFN, Radford, Mercer, etc.) is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and advise stakeholders
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methods, job leveling, pay structures, and compensation ranges
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence
