Job Description
Third Bridge is seeking a Senior Compliance Associate to join its Compliance team in New York. The successful candidate will lead a team of compliance associates, manage team workflows, and ensure team performance. They will also be responsible for identifying and escalating complex compliance issues and serving as a compliance contact for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous compliance experience within financial services
  • Client-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional experience within a compliance function
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex financial concepts
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities

  • Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 USD per year, plus Annual Performance Bonus
