Role OverviewAs a Senior Compliance Engineer, you will own the end-to-end safety compliance lifecycle for AWS hardware, leading safety engineering efforts across data center infrastructure. You'll serve as the technical authority on safety standards, partnering with product development teams, ODM design partners, and test agencies to deliver compliant products on tight timelines.
What You Will Do
Your key responsibilities will include owning safety compliance strategy, partnering with hardware development teams, serving as the primary technical interface with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) and Notified Bodies, and building a scalable compliance framework.

Requirements
- Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans, and functional test procedures
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supporting NPI/NPD design related to product compliance, primarily safety - Requirements setting, design reviews, trouble-shooting & problem solving, final certification review.
- Experience must include ITE and/or Data Center power & cooling equipment categories.
