Job Description
Senior Compliance Specialist to enhance the Compliance Program initiatives globally. Prior experience managing compliance systems and developing training is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in legal, business, compliance, or related field; a legal background is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to compliance, ethics, or related governance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing compliance programs/systems and developing/implementing training.
  • Strong understanding of core compliance risk areas such as anti-corruption, fair competition/antitrust, conflicts of interest, workplace ethics, human rights, environmental and safety compliance, and related regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex compliance matters into clear, practical guidance for employees at all levels.
  • Strong project management abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies; Spanish and/or German language skills are a plus.
  • Strategic thinking with sound judgement, business acumen, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse teams; proactive, resourceful, and client-service oriented.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% locally and globally.
