Mercor seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to work on compliance tasks, develop policies and training materials, and conduct risk assessments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.
  • Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act.
  • Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos.
  • Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
  • CIPP, CAMS, JD, or equivalent certifications (preferred)
