Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to work with our Atlanta team providing estimating, change management and conformance check services on major construction projects for a well-known client. On-site presence is required. The role involves providing estimate and cost planning, performing accurate quantity surveys, and assisting with the preparation of detailed cost estimates.
What You Will Do
The Senior Construction Estimator will provide estimate and cost planning, perform accurate quantity surveys, assist with the preparation of detailed cost estimates, and provide reasoned and rational cost advice on elements of cost estimating and planning.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Building Construction, and three years of significant quantity survey and pricing experience. They will also have demonstrated experience working as a lead estimator on large-scale and complex construction projects, and possess exemplary communication skills.
