Role Overview

This role leads construction management activities for complex capital and facilities projects across DePuy Synthes sites, ensuring delivery that is safe, compliant, on schedule, and within approved budgets. The Sr. Manager, Construction Mgmt. Lead partners closely with Engineering, EHS, Quality, Procurement, and site leadership to translate business needs into high-quality built environments that support manufacturing, R&D, and corporate operations.

What You Will Do

Lead construction management for large, complex capital and facilities projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. Manage external partners including architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty vendors to ensure performance, compliance, and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in construction management, capital project delivery, or facilities project leadership within regulated or industrial environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders and external contractors
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, cost controls, scheduling, and contract administration
  • Proven ability to lead safely and ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and regulatory standards
