Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our growing General Contracting Division in Plano, TX. This is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing commercial retail construction programs from preconstruction through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and operational performance.
What You Will Do
Lead multiple commercial construction projects through all phases of delivery, serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents, drive project strategy, execution, and successful outcomes.

Requirements
- Minimum 4-year degree in an accredited construction related program or equivalent; or eight to fifteen years construction experience with increasing responsibility; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success delivering large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, or multi-family projects with a general contractor.
- Background supporting restaurant, grocery, convenience store, or big-box retail projects preferred.
- Deep understanding of construction means and methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.
- Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).
- OSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required.
- State/local General Contractors license is preferred.
- PMP and CQMC preferred.
- LEED Accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
