Senior Construction Manager

The Senior Construction Manager will oversee multiple construction and CAPEX projects, including capital improvement projects, MEP upgrades, retrofits & renovations, and new builds. They will manage design, planning, and execution for HelloFresh Fulfillment Centers. The role requires managing enhancement projects and building construction to make facilities best in class.

What You Will Do

Manage planning, organization, and execution of capital projects, lead coordination of construction project logistical tasks & timelines, and be responsible for the financial management of assigned projects. Make frequent site visits to survey progress, play a critical role in formulating construction budget, and establish project expectations.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years' experience in construction with 5 years of experience in building e-commerce fulfillment/distribution centers
• Significant working knowledge of Federal, State and local laws and regulations related to facility buildouts
• Experience managing multiple projects of scope and scale simultaneously
• Proven history negotiating contracts for facility expansion
• Understanding of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Codes
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
