Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal individual will have prior experience supporting large-scale construction projects and strong people leadership skills. The role is on-site based and requires a thorough knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and cost control.

What You Will Do

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall project cost control, schedule management, and quality assurance for projects from the design phase through project closeout. They will also be responsible for anticipating potential problems, identifying alternative solutions, and ensuring that projects adhere to approved scope, are completed within budget, on schedule, and at the prescribed level of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management or a related field and a minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible related experience. They will also have experience managing multi-million dollar construction projects, A/E (design) consultant services, and construction administration.
