Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Los Angeles area team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of large-scale tenant improvement and development construction projects for key clients in the region. You will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to help drive project success from planning through execution.
What You Will Do
Manage stakeholders, analyze and track critical milestone activities, support the implementation of effective project governance, contribute to the application of best practices across all assigned projects, and assist in client relationship management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Membership in relevant professional organizations is preferred
- 7 plus years of experience in construction project management or consulting
- Experience with commercial tenant improvement or healthcare construction projects is preferred
- Ability and willingness to work onsite in Culver City, CA
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and managing multiple work streams
- Strong organizational and team collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction project management platforms such as Procore
- Experience working in the United States
