Job Description
An established construction firm is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a range of commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects, driving projects from early planning stages through completion, ensuring alignment with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Requirements

  • Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout
  • Prepare cost estimates, develop budgets, and support proposal creation
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
  • Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
  • Monitor schedule performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess safety, quality, and progress
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders including design teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Ensure adherence to permitting requirements and regulatory standards
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain thorough project documentation
  • Oversee financial tracking, including job costing and billing processes
  • Support company safety programs and quality control standards
  • Work closely with field teams to develop short-term planning schedules
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively implement solutions
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and specifications
