Role OverviewThe Senior Construction Project Manager plays a leading role on Sevan’s program management team, driving nationwide grocery store remodel and construction programs. This is a remote-based role, with required travel to job sites as needed.
What You Will Do
Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors, with expertise in refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC. Proficiency in Procore and Smartsheets is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience
- 7-10+ years experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors
- Expertise within refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred
- Proven expertise in construction project management, with strong knowledge of all phases from preconstruction through closeout
- Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels
- Proficiency in Procore and Smartsheets
- PMP certification preferred
